Location           : Mount Elgon region, Uganda

 

Description: The project consists of two run-of-river hydro facilities with a total combined capacity of 21.5 MW (5MW+16.5MW). Project Value is USD 40 Million. The project is own by Elgon Hydro Siti PVT Ltd, an international private entity.

 

The scope of Work: Project management and Cost Consultancy services for the EPC contractor (VS Hydro Pvt. Ltd.). This includes pre-contract and post contract works such as advice on contract documentation, Selection of Sub-contractors, BOQ preparation, Master programme preparation and tracking, Major resource allocation and racking, Target budget preparation and tracking, assisting on major material purchase process and etc.

 

Project Name : Nyamugahsani 01 & Nyamughasani 02 Hydropower Projects

 

Location: Rwenzori mountains in Western Uganda

 

Description: The project consists of two run-of-river hydro facilities with a total combined capacity of 21 MW (6MW+15MW). Project Value is USD 40 Million. 

 

The scope of Work: Project management and Cost Consultancy services for the EPC contractor (VS Hydro Pvt. Ltd.).

 

Project Name : Lubilia Hydropower Project

 

Location: RThe Rwenzori Mountainsin Western Uganda

 

Description: The project consists of run-of-river hydro facilities with a capacity of 5.4 MW. Project Value is USD 15 Million.

 

Scope of Work   : Project management and Cost Consultancy services for the EPC contractor (VS Hydro Pvt. Ltd.).
