Nuwan Buddika is the leader, and Buddhini Chatumaduri Dharmawardhana is the Head of the R2R division, supported by Ishan Jayawardena and Waruni Upekshika.
Buddhini Chatumaduri Dharmawardhana is the Head of the R2R division and also serves as its chief consultant. Buddhini is an attorney-at-law with multidisciplinary experience in law, construction, sustainable development, human rights, and philosophy. She is an academician with a strong passion for research.
She is currently tasked with working on several initiatives in association with higher educational institutes. She also serves as the compere and coordinator of the YouTube channel of the R2R Division of ECON Project Development Consultant.
