Prepare/ review/ advise on Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Drafting of MOUs, Consultancy Services Agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements, and Format of Bonds / Guarantees, Tender Documents (Instructions to Tenderers, Conditions of Contract and Bill of Quantities), Tender evaluation and recommendation reports, preparation/compilation of Contract Documents.
Review/ advice/ drafting of Letter of Intent/ Award/ Acceptance.
Peer review of Tender Documents, Tender Addenda, Contract Documents, Consultancy Contract Agreement.

Acting as the Client’s nominated cost consultant.
All related post-contract commercial management activities.
Provide advice on interpretation of obligations, rights and liabilities of the parties under contracts.
Review and recommendation/settlement of extension of time, prolongations costs, variations, suspension/termination related claims.
Cost reporting and cost management.
Secondment services of qualified professionals (Quantity Surveyors & Project Managers) on short/ long terms basis.
